1. Role of MediSwift Global

MediSwift Global is a medical transportation coordination and facilitation service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not directly operate ambulances, aircraft, railway services, hospitals or medical facilities.

2. Independent providers

Transportation and medical services are fulfilled by independent third-party providers. The applicable provider is responsible for its own operational, clinical, licensing, staffing, equipment, insurance and other legal requirements.

3. Medical decisions

MediSwift Global does not diagnose, prescribe or determine clinical fitness for transport. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals and the actual service provider.

4. Availability

All transportation arrangements are subject to provider availability, medical suitability, weather, operational conditions, regulatory requirements and other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Quotes and payment

Pricing, deposits, cancellation terms and refunds will be communicated for each requested service and may be governed by the relevant provider's terms.
